What is an Equipment Divine Soul?
Divine Souls in Age of Titans equipment comes in different various forms, such power locked within may either be defensive, offensive or support in nature, depending on the type of equipment. To harness it’s powers, we will tackle much on it’s preparation.
What do we need to prepare?
Firstly before anyone can activate the divine soul found on a piece of equipment, there are a few things players need to understand and prepare:
Equipment
Any piece of equipment can have it’s divine soul activated, following (step by step):
- The equipment must be appraised first
- The equipment must have 3 sockets drilled into it [Refer: How to Drill Sockets On Equipment]
- The 3 sockets found on your equipment must then be inserted with any type of gem (that is appropriate for the piece of gear) [Refer: How to Insert Gems on Equipment]
Divine Spinel
Divine spinels is the main material used to activate an equipment divine soul. Each Divine Spinel correspond to certain level of equipment:
- Divine Spinel I (Equipment Level 1-39)
- Divine Spinel II (Equipment Level 40-69)
- Divine Spinel III (Equipment Level 70-99)
Where to get Divine Spinels?
Spinels can be acquired through:
- Visiting “Sarbanes” in Sky City which sells different spinels
- Crystal Mall (Uses crystals, which is bought using real cash)
- Treasure chests (Exquisite or Magnificent)
- Voucher mall vendor in Sky City found near the fountain
Gold and Gold Cards
- Gold is used when you transact with “Sarbanes” in Sky City to buy a Divine Spinel
- Gold Cards is used upon actual activation of the equipment divine soul
How to Activate Equipment Divine Soul?
Now that you have everything prepared, Simply follow the steps:
- If your wearing the piece of equipment, remove it first and place it into your bag or inventory
- Make sure you also have the appropriate gold, gold card and divine spinel on your bag
- Access the divine spinel activation menu either by:
A) Remotely – Simply by right clicking on the divine spinel
B) Speaking to Sarbanes in Sky City and selecting “Activate Divine Soul” - Once the menu is opened, drag the piece of equipment you want to activate into the “Insert Equipment” box
- With the appropriate spinel on your inventory, this will automatically be used once you activate
- If not, you might not have the appropriate divine spinel level that corresponds to your desired equipment
- You can find the gold cost needed and the chances of success (Flat 60% chance)
- Once everything is set, simply click on the “Activate” button

Defensive equipment

- + Magical Defense
- + HP
- + MP (Worse you can get)
- + Elemental Defense (Fire, Shadow, Frost or Holy)

Offensive Equipment
- + Physical or Magical Attack
- + Elemental Attack (Fire, Shadow, Frost or Holy)

Don’t Like The Divine Soul?
That’s no problem, you can reset the soul you currently have activated, as long as you are able to provide the appropriate divine spinel. However, the huge cost involved makes this less of an option on most players.
