Eligium Ph Open Beta Phase
After a very successful closed beta phase, July 9th, 2012 marked the opening of Eligium Ph on it’s second phase of testing, the open beta. Huge improvements have been made to ensure the smooth sailing on the opening of the game to the public. Currently Eligium Ph is launched exclusively in the Philippines only.
About The Game
Eligium Ph is a combination of old and new elements from your traditional MMORPG gmae genre. Players will be experiencing quests, joining parties, level up grinding, the familiar use of inventories, storage, equipment upgrades, pets, mounts, mining and so on. While all of this sounds to be boring and too repetitive, don’t judge right away. The game has it’s highlights, with new methods in making those basic experiences from an MMORPG game more enjoyable.
The Character Classes
Currently, there are 4 basic characters in Eligium Ph available from which players can choose from. Players have the ability to customize their character with specific genders upon creation, which is a nice feature. A special 5th character can be unlocked once a player can successfully reach a level of 60 on any of the basic classes.
Eligium Ph Warrior
- Eligium Ph Warriors, noble humans knights seeking glory possessing great courage in battle. They are known to live by the code, to protect the weak and innocent in times of darkness. Knights excel in close ranged combat and employ special abilities to either increase comrades attack or defense.
Eligium Ph Hunter
- Quick, agile killing machines. Eligium Ph hunters are skillful elves and masters in dispatching enemies from afar. They have unparalleled long range and dodging skills that makes them a formidable foe.
Eligium Ph Mage
- Master of elements and magical attacks. Eligium Ph mage’s share much of their strength in wisdom and knowledge. They employ skillful tactics with the use of magical powers that disable enemies from afar. Mage’s spend much of their time in research and using it on their foes and loyal experimental subjects.
Eligium Ph Druid
- Eligium Ph Druids were once a part of the elven race but detached itself and called themselves Glorious Silva. Druids employ much of their strength in different summoning or healing skills in battle.
Eligium Ph Panda
- Much of this race is yet to be discovered. Unknown in origin, Eligium Ph Pandas can be unlocked when players successfully reach a level of 60 in any of the basic classes.
Warring Factions
Players in Eligium Ph must choose between two divided warring factions. Regardless of the faction, game character races remain the same for players to select on. The choice players make does not affect the gameplay of Eligium Ph, both factions share very similar quests and objectives in the PvE (Player VS environment) setting.
The Holy Kingdom
Sanctia is the holy kingdom’s capital city, established by the disciples of Twilight the holy goddess. The kingdom is like an enormous church built upon the foundations of law, order and strict beliefs of the church. Armed with strong faith, the holy guardians of Sanctia fear no threat to the dangers behind its walls.
The Glorious Kingdom
The fortress of Honorhold is a testament on the living virtues of the Glorious Kingdom. Glory and freedom speaks within its walls, blessed and guided by “Velian” the god of Glory. The people of Honorhold live in harmony with spontaneous life, stopping at nothing to spread its belief throughout the continent.
